Open Positions May Include

2nd chair with Level IV Advisors and 1st chair for C level relationships. Responsible for acquiring new client relationships, servicing existing client relationships, and developing Level I CSAs. Focuses on plan design and recommendations, meeting production benchmarks, and increasing industry knowledge through continual professional growth.

2nd chair with Level II, III, and IV Advisors. Responsible for assisting advisors with meeting scheduling, case preparation, plan implementation, and understanding the physician niche. Focus on learning how to serve clients and continual professional growth.

Responsible for assisting the director of marketing in the implementation of the firm’s marketing strategy.

Responsible for facilitating the daily tasks and client service related to the insurance process. Serves as client contact for items related to insurance operations.

Works with director of investments to assist in the onboarding and management of client investment accounts and servicing of assets under management.

Responsible for creating financial plans and planning related materials to provide clients with a comprehensive view of their financial picture.

Serves as utility team member as part of the rotational program to learn the different areas of the business. Assists the different operations associates with their tasks with the primary goal of discovering which area of the business they are most inclined to.
